This recipe will make three 8" cakes or four 6" cakes. Once the cake has completely cooled, fill a piping bag with nutella mousse. Begin to assemble the cake by piping mousse into the middle of the cake, spread it out evenly on the cake, place another cake on top. Pipe more mousse onto the top of the cake and spread it out evenly. Place the last cake on top of the mousse. Evenly spread nutella mousse all over the cake and smooth it out. Make the nutella ganache by mixing together 1/3 cup of nutella and 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream. You want the ganache to be pour-able. Add more heavy cream if it is not. Dab the ganache all over the cake and then smooth it out to give the cake a marbled effect. Pour the ganache over the top and smooth it out so that the ganache drips down the sides. Pipe 8 dollops onto the cake and then place sprinkles all around the cake and on top. Refrigerate until you are ready to serve to your guests. Enjoy!
