To put this recipe together make the cake recipe and mix the mango mousse recipe*** up as well as the raspberry gelatin recipe. Place the mango mousse as well as the raspberry gelatin into separate piping bags. Cut up some fresh mango. Cut the cake into the shape of the dessert cup you are using and place a piece of cake at the bottom of the cup. Pipe a layer of mousse. Drop some freshly cut mango onto the mousse. Pipe some more mousse on top of the mango. Pipe some raspberry gelatin on top of the mousse and scrape off the excess. Place in the refrigerator to set for 4 hours. Before serving, add fresh mango piece and edible pearls to the top of your dessert. Enjoy.
